Another great and quite unique wine from Petr Korab. Neronet is a crossing of Blauer Portugueiser, St.Laurent and Alibernet. Spontaneously fermented, it was matured in oak barrel for 12 months, un-fined and un-filtered. Rich, fruity and satisfying Neronet’s purity come through in the glass with a simple honest and pleasing palate.

Paxton- Quadong Farm Shiraz is one of the higher range reds from Paxton Biodynamic Vineyards, Quadong Farm Shiraz is quite a special wine. Deep red with a vibrant purple hue. Red berry fruits and liquorice with a touch of French oak on the nose. Medium bodied, this wine displays concentrated fruit and a delicate balance of French oak and silky tannins.
Prominent dark fruit notes of plums and blackberries, with nuances of balsamic, liquorice and carob. Concentrated, full-bodied with a refreshing acidity, and a long finish with ripe, firm tannins. Pairs well with Mediterranean meat dishes, roasts of red meat, game, mushrooms and mature cheeses.
An award winning red from Sicily, Sabuci is fruit-driven, with aromas of cherries, pomegranate and wild berries with hints of cocoa, leather and caramel. The palate is elegant and complex with concentrated flavours and ripe but firm tannins. Very versatile but matches particularly well with grills and roast fish and meat.
