Noir de Terroir is an extra Brut champagne made from 100% Pinot Noir. It has very distinctive aromas of asparagus, rhubarb, nectarines and strawberries, with some floral aroma of saffron, and autolytic aroma of baking spice. Structured and savoury on the palate, with a fine mousse, a hint of tannin and some redcurrant fruit. A really astounding Champagne for the price which matches well with milder fowl dishes.
